So today, we were told to complete our ideas by tomorrow, so that we have the weekend to progress it to its details, focusing on the user experience, the technology behind it, the parts we must acquire for it to work et cetera et cetera.
Research to be done involves mainly to find out whether the idea will work. I know mine will, purely because we love fun things. But that doesn't serve as much 'evidence' so I must go out to a live pedestrian crossing and observe our manners. Do we obey the man? Are we in danger when we don't? Can my fun convince man-ignorers to follow? I suppose the latter has already been proven by the VW team, but I could directly ask people whether it's an idea that would appeal to them, say in the form a casual survey. The BADCL class seemed pretty responsive and agreed that it was a situation that could be taken advantage of with an effective fun element. So that's positive. Thanks y'all.
